I have extensive experience of helping people affected by traumatic perinatal trauma and postnatal PTSD, including those affected by miscarriage or fertility treatment or who suffer from tokophobia or vaginismus. Private ‘Breastfeeding and colostrum harvesting’ workshop’.
Research shows that following a traumatic birth breastfeeding can be difficult so your birth preparation workshop will also increase your chance of success too. However, the UK has the lowest breastfeeding rates in the world and due to staffing breastfeeding support has never been low. In this workshop you will learn about the benefits of Colostrum Harvesting (antenatal hand expressing) and access support, guidance and practical advice from an experienced midwife who has helped hundreds of women to successfully breastfeed.
