Workshop Cancellation-

My workshop venue holds limited seating, and many of my workshops sell out. For this reason, I request at least two weeks notice prior to your scheduled workshop to cancel or reschedule your workshop. This allows me to offer your spot to another birth team. In this case you will receive a full refund, however cancelations after this time will not be offered refunds, unless your place can be filled.​

 

One-to-one Cancellation-

Once you have booked an appointment with me it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than [24 hours] before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a full charge as I will not be able to refill your appointment,.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at hello@positivebirthscotland.com. In the unlikely event that I can fill your appointment at such short notice you will receive a full refund.
